The question that I get asked the most often by my friends is how does dinning work now on campus. I always explain that the kiosk in CPH has a kitchen and everyday it is open from 8am to 8pm for the students to use. There are several regulations. For example, you need to be wearing a mast whenever you go to buy food and must keep a six-foot distance between yourself and the other students. We get to use meal swipes and our declining balance. There is a daily special menu and every once in a while, there is some special event like taco Thursday or ice cream sandwiches. What is particularly hard is that the suppliers of the dinning staff have gone out of business so some items have been hard to get such as milk. It is always a struggle to keep a balanced and healthy diet when the options are limited. This picture shows a fruit bowl that I had for breakfast. This fruit was bought from Walmart since I did not find the likes in the Union Kiosk.
